PNSVT wire is specifically designed for winter concrete pouring, providing gradual and uniform heating of the entire concrete mass until it sets. It is used in the construction of buildings, foundations, roads, and overpasses.

Advantages of PNSVT
  • PVC-insulated wire with a thin steel-alloy conductor for safe and cost-effective operation throughout the construction process
  • Operates directly from a 220 V power supply without the need for a transformer
  • Reliable performance at ambient temperatures down to –15°C
  • Suitable for residential and industrial construction with all standard concrete grades

Concrete Curing Technology
The heating wire is embedded into the concrete mix. When power is applied, it heats the concrete from within.

Concrete curing is achieved by transferring heat from the surface of the embedded heating wire directly to the concrete. Thanks to the material's good thermal conductivity, heat is evenly distributed throughout the entire concrete volume, maintaining a positive temperature until the concrete sets.
Heating can be continued until the concrete reaches the required strength.

For Proper Concrete Curing at the Recommended Temperature
  • Calculate the required length of PNSVT wire.
  • Install the wire inside the structure before concrete is poured.
  • After pouring the concrete, connect the wire to the power supply and ensure a stable electrical supply throughout the curing process.
