Where will the underfloor heating be installed?
Underfloor heating can be installed in bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and hallways using standard heating output. Balconies, loggias, and other unheated areas require higher heating output to compensate for heat loss.
Which flooring will you install it under?
Standard or high-output systems are suitable for tile and porcelain tile. Laminate and linoleum require lower heat output to help protect the flooring material.
Do you plan to raise the floor level?
Yes — Installing the heating system in a screed that raises the floor level by 30–50 mm requires additional screed material. It takes a little longer to heat up but retains heat for longer after the system is turned off.
No — The heating cable is installed in the tile adhesive without raising the floor level. This option is more cost-effective thanks to lower material costs and a faster installation process.
Select the Heating Type
Comfort Heating is sufficient for most applications.
Choose Primary Heating for faster warm-up, areas with higher heat loss (such as balconies or loggias), or unheated spaces.
When measuring the heated area, exclude built-in furniture, kitchen cabinets, and other permanently fixed items. The floor beneath these areas does not require heating.

Our online calculator helps you estimate the required heating power and the cost of your underfloor heating system. For comfortable floor heating, the recommended output is approximately 150 W/m², while 160–200 W/m² is typically used as the main heating source. Laminate flooring generally requires lower power to protect the floor covering, while balconies and loggias often require higher output to compensate for heat loss.
