Incoming raw materials, components, and finished products are inspected by our Quality Assurance (QA) and Technical Control teams. Storage, packaging, and product labeling are also subject to strict quality control.

Our heating mats are manufactured using a specially developed adhesive tape that provides excellent bonding to the fiberglass mesh. This technology ensures consistent cable spacing and stable cable positioning throughout the mat.
Unlike conventional polyester adhesive tapes, the special tape dissolves in the screed after installation, preventing air voids from forming above the heating cable.

Multi-Stage Quality Control
Our manufacturing facility operates a comprehensive five-stage quality control system to ensure consistently high product quality.
Incoming inspection of raw materials ensures that only materials meeting engineering specifications and applicable technical standards are approved for production.
In-process inspection of heating cables and wires enables us to detect and remove non-conforming products before they proceed to the next stage of production.
Every cable and wire in each production batch undergoes batch acceptance testing to verify compliance with all quality and performance requirements.
Electrical resistance is checked after every key manufacturing stage, including end termination, connection of the heating cable to the power cable, and before the finished product is submitted for batch acceptance testing.
Every finished product undergoes final acceptance testing before being released to the warehouse. Each unit in every production batch is individually tested.
