The heating section is manufactured using a twin-core heating cable with a linear power output of 12 W/m and a built-in thermostat. It is designed for Pipe Freeze Protection systems to prevent pipes from freezing and being damaged during winter. The system can also be installed on valves, water meters, water supply pumps, drainage systems, shut-off mechanisms, and metal door frames where there is a risk of freezing. ST-12 heating sections are recommended for freeze protection of plastic and multilayer plastic pipes.
