Production is in full swing at the CHTK factory. This is one of our busiest seasons, as we manufacture products for Underfloor Heating, Roof and Gutter De-Icing, Pipe Freeze Protection, and many other heating solutions.

These days, the team at The Honest Heating Company is working hard to meet production targets, as our factory manufactures CHTK's complete range of heating products. Every member of our team puts care and dedication into their work to help keep you warm during the long winter months.

CHTK hosted a training seminar attended by company representatives from across Russia and neighboring CIS countries.

During the two-day intensive seminar and training program, participants gained comprehensive knowledge of CHTK's extensive range of heating systems, as well as best practices for working with customers and providing post-sales support.

As part of the program, participants toured the manufacturing facility. They also shared their extensive experience in the field of cable heating systems and exchanged expertise with fellow CHTK representatives.

The Chuvash Export Support Center annually organizes the regional Exporter of the Year competition as part of the national projects Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship and International Cooperation and Export. The highest awards are presented to the most outstanding representatives of the region's business community.

Our company actively contributes to the development of the export potential of both the Chuvash Republic and Russia by manufacturing unique and reliable cable heating systems. From 6 to 9 February 2024, the 28th International Exhibition for Heating, Water Supply, Plumbing, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Pools, Saunas, and Spas — Aquatherm Moscow 2024 — took place in Moscow.

Aquatherm Moscow is the largest specialized industry exhibition for the heating and water supply market in Russia and the CIS countries.

The Honest Heating Company team proudly represented CHTK at #AQUATHERMMOSCOW2024. Thanks to the outstanding work of our team at the exhibition stand and the support of our distributors, we introduced visitors to CHTK's reliable, high-quality heating products, presented our latest developments, and received excellent feedback on our work.

The CHTK Underfloor Heating stand attracted constant attention throughout the exhibition. Many visitors came specifically to meet our team and begin working with our company, having already learned about our product range and quality. During the exhibition, we met with industry colleagues, valued dealers, potential partners, and customers interested in CHTK products.

At the exhibition, we:

• Presented new products, including the Portable Underfloor Heating Mat and the USB Portable Heated Mat.
• Introduced our new product for 2024 — SILVER ROLL® Heating Mats.
• Provided technical consultations and introduced visitors to our reliable heating solutions.

As part of the events held during World Quality Week, the results of the annual 100 Best Goods of Russia 2023 competition were announced. The competition is dedicated to World Quality Day and European Quality Week.

Chuvashteplokabel's Heated Car Mat KA-30 was awarded the Gold Diploma of the Laureate in the 100 Best Goods of Russia 2023 competition.

1. CHTK has been manufacturing electric underfloor heating systems since 2000.

2. CHTK products have received numerous industry awards, including:

100 Best Goods of Russia — 2017

3. CHTK has its own greenhouse where tomatoes are grown.

While most gardeners plant seedlings in early May, tomato seedlings in the CHTK greenhouse are planted in early April thanks to SNGT Soil Heating Cables, which warm the soil. The greenhouse continues producing tomatoes until November.

4. Throughout its history, CHTK has invested primarily in improving its products, manufacturing equipment, and production technologies.

Very little has been spent on advertising and marketing, which is why many people in Russia are still unfamiliar with our company.

5. Even the cold lead cables (power leads) used in CHTK underfloor heating systems are manufactured in-house rather than sourced from third-party suppliers.

6. CHTK heating cables feature a unique cable construction.

While similar to conventional heating cables, the design incorporates an additional protective screen made of extra wires surrounding the heating conductors.

This design provides:

• More even heat distribution along the entire cable length.
• Additional protection against mechanical damage during installation.
• Enhanced protection against electromagnetic fields (EMF).

7. CHTK stands behind its warranty.

Our agreements with distributors specify that, in the event of a valid warranty claim, CHTK covers all repair costs, including the replacement of expensive floor coverings if necessary.

8. The CHTK warranty does not contain unrealistic requirements.

Our underfloor heating systems are designed for self-installation, and the warranty terms reflect this.

9. The factory and greenhouse are guarded by two dogs named Mashka and Amur.

10. Since 2008, CHTK has operated under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

The implementation of ISO 9001 has strengthened quality control throughout production, including:

• Clean manufacturing facilities.
• Standardized workwear for employees.
• Documented work instructions at every workstation.
• Quality inspection, measurement, and documentation at every stage of production.
• Repeated testing of every batch of raw materials from every supplier.

Most importantly, the system continuously improves itself. Today, the manufacturing defect rate is only 0.000037%, and it continues to decrease each year.

CHTK has received Annex No. 3 to the Certificate of Conformity for its Heating Mats.

The annex covers the following products:

• Single-Core Heating Mats – 150 W/m²
• Twin-Core Heating Mats – 150 W/m²
